So I was cycling to work yesterday, and I just saw the look of the sky in the morning and had to stop to snap a photo. I sadly didn't have one of my lomography cameras on me, which is very rare, because I left it in my basement where I develop film as I was working on a set the night before, so I snapped it with my Blackberry Key2 LE, which is on my handlebars. However, as much as I would have captured this on actual film, I think it still looks ok. The golden sunrise just hazing in, and the nearly built dark buildings and tattered billboard ads. It just captures that nice quiet time of the city's morning around 5-6AM, where certain parts of the streets are not fully awake yet and busy. This is the time I really enjoy my commutes to work.
